विडङ्गसारादीनां प्रत्येकं पलम्| विडङ्गसारो विडङ्गमज्जा | कुम्भात् त्रिवृतायाः त्रीणि पलानि | गुडस्य द्वादश पलानि | मासशब्दोपादानात् प्रत्यहमस्योद्योगाद्वराटिकात्रयोपहित नवधानकान्वितमर्धपलमभ्यवहरणीयमिति प्राप्तम्| वराटिका गुञ्जा| जन्तवः क्रिमयः| माणिभद्राख्यो यक्षः भिक्षोः प्राणान् मुमुक्षोः इमं सिद्धं योगं प्राणकरं प्राह जगादेत्यर्थः| अत्र भूतकाले प्राहेति| किलेत्यागमिकत्वं सूचयति| अन्ये त्वेवं वर्णयन्तिगुडस्य षड्द्वादशपलानीति तथा गृहीते चूर्णात् त्रिगुणं गुडं स्यात्| एवमेव तालीसवटकादावपि प्रसिद्धम्| तस्माद्यत्र गुडस्य प्रमाणमनुक्तं तत्र चूर्णात् त्रिगुणं गुडं ग्राह्यम्| एवं कृतेऽप्यग्निमान्द्यं न स्यात्| तदुक्तं सूत्रे- गुडः कर्त्ताग्निसादस्य सह न त्वभयादिरिति || २७||

विडङ्गसारादीनां समुदितानां पलत्रयम्, त्रीणि पलानि कुम्भात्-त्रिवृतायास्त्रीणि पलानि, गुडस्य च द्वादशपलानि| एष प्रयोगो जितेन्द्रियाणां मासमुपयुज्यमानो वक्ष्यमाणान् गदान् हन्ति| उपेन्द्रवज्रा तु जतौ जगौ गः| मासशब्दोपादानाच्च प्रत्यहमस्माद्योगादर्धपलं धानकानवरक्तिकात्रयसहितमभ्यवहरणीयत्वेनात्रावतिष्ठते| अन्यत्रापि प्रदेशे य एवंविधो निर्देशस्तत्र परिमाणकल्पनायामयमेव न्यायोऽनुमन्तव्यः| मणिभद्राख़्यो यक्षो भिक्षोः प्राणान् मुमुक्षोः-जीवितं जिहासोः, इमं सिद्धं योगं प्राणकरं प्राह, जगादेत्यर्थः| अत्र भूते काले प्राहेति, तथा साधु किलेत्यागमिकत्वं च सूचयति| शालिनीवृत्तम् |

It commonly presents as pain abdomen of a chronic duration, in ayurveda the symptoms of this are very close to the Gulma, where the symptoms are more triggered by Vatadosha, Raktasudhya and Vedhana, hence, it can be conceptualized that non-specific mesenteric lymphadenopathy in children shows similarities in its clinical features and underlying pathology and can be well managed by the Manibadra Guda
