चाङ्गेरीस्वरसे सर्पिः साधितं तैस्त्रिदोषजित् | अर्शोतिसारग्रहणीपाण्डुरोगज्वरारुचौ||१३२||
मूत्रकृच्छ्रे गुदभ्रंशे बस्त्यानाहे प्रवाहणे | पिच्छास्रावेऽर्शसां शूले देयं तत्परमौषधम्||१३३||

स०-मधुकादिद्रव्यैः स्नेहचतुर्थभागप्रमाणैश्चाङ्गेरीस्वरसे घृताच्चतुर्गुणे घृतं साधितं त्रिदोषजित्| अर्शःप्रभृतिष्वेतद् घृतं देयम्| यतः परमौषधम्|

कल्क-मुलैठी, नीलोफर (नीलोत्पल), लोध, सुगन्धबाला, मजीठ, बेलगिरी, सफेद चन्दन, चव्य, अतीस, नागरमोथा, पाठा, जवाखार, दारुहल्दी, दाल चीनी, सोंठ, जटामांसी, चीता, और देवदारु । सब समान भाग मिश्रित १० तोले लेकर सबको एकत्र पीसले । १ सेर धी में ४ सेर चाङ्गेरी (तिपतिया)का - स्वरस और उपरोक्त कल्क मिलाकरमन्दाग्नि पर पकावें । जब पानी जल जाये तो घृतको छान लें।
यह घृत त्रिदोष जन्य अर्श (बवासीर), अतिसार, संग्रहणी, पाण्डु, ज्वर, अरुचि, मूत्रकृच्छ, गुदभ्रंश (कांच निकलना), अफारा, रक्तातिसार, प्रवाहिका तथा शूल को नष्ट करता है।
