रसगंधकलोहाभ्रशुल्वभस्म समांशकम् । त्रिफला द्विगुणा योज्या त्रिगुणं तु शिलाजतु।।

चतुर्गुण पुरं शुद्धं चित्रमूलं च तत्समम् । तिक्ता सर्वसमा ज्ञेया सर्व संचूर्ण्य यन्नतः ॥

निम्बवृक्षदलांभोभिर्मर्दयेद् द्विदिनावधि । ततश्च वटिका कार्या राजकोलफलोपमाः ।।
मण्डलं सेविता सैषा हन्ति कुष्ठान्यशेषतः । वातपित्तकफोद्भूतान् ज्वरान् नानाप्रकारजान् ॥
देया पञ्चदिने जाते ज्वरे रोगे वटी शुभा । पाचनी दीपनी पथ्या हद्या मेदोविनाशिनी।।

मलशुध्धिकरी नित्यं दुर्धर्ष क्षुत्प्रवर्तिनी। बहुनात्र किमुक्तेन सर्वरोगेषु शस्यते ।।

आरोग्यवर्धिनी नाम्ना गुटिकेयं प्रकीर्तिता। सर्वरोगप्रशमनी श्रीनागार्जुनयोगिना ।।
